Less than a week later another rep. came to my house and took exact measurements of the windows and sliding glass door I wanted replaced. Approximately 4 weeks later the installers, Doug and Charlie, were here to complete the job. They were no nonsense, talented carpenters. They took the old windows and door out and installed the new ones without a hitch. My home was then cleaned up inside and out.
